The other day my friend sent me a YouTube video about why no one should ever talk to the cops, especially if they are a suspect. I was not only entertained by the pretty long video, 27min, but was very interested. Professor James Duane, a once defense attorney, teaches at Regent Law School. He made this video with 7 reasons why interviewing with the police will only be bad for your situation. Again, it's a long video, but enjoy!
The video ends with him giving the stage to a local police officer, Officer Bruch. Bruch has had over 28 years in law enforcement and he continues off of what Prof. Duane mentioned. Listening to this officer was pretty entertaining too, but I feel like I learned more from the professor. Go figure. It's still worth watching if you're interested. It's another long one, like 22min. Enjoy!

cool vids
So true. And dammmn, that guy talks fast O_o
Proof that everything i've thought about cops was right...They will manipulate anything to get your ass in jail.
Lie, cheat, commit fraud...it should count as entrapment. "I don't try to send innocent people to jail" he doesn't know. he gets a hunch, thinks he's right, and does EVERYTHING he can to twist that persons words and actions into the longest jail term he can get.
interesting videos , thanks for sharing
Nice
Ever!

I sort of hate it when my paranoia is justified. (It just makes it worse.)
this post made me open my eyes and stop squinting!
great lecture
I just finished watching those 2 videos, very interesting. It really shed some light on what they do to get their convictions, its kind of dirty.
As a contradiction to what the interviewer said, I usually tell the truth when I get pulled over and have never received a ticket. 4 times I have been pulled over for speeding and 4 times I have been let go.
This guy is good!
Good job, thanx for sharin'.
Supp.
Very True...
interesting content here;)
Very informative. I'm noticing I'm way to naive when it comes to these things.
Very sound advice. Keep your mouth shut. Except for name/rank/serial#. Especially now in Canada where the Supreme Court has ruled that you have no right to an attorney during an interrogation.
never ever talk to the police. this never a situation that calling the cops wont make worse. you need to caheck out pat berry's never get busted. a lot of good info that can be applied to many situations
That was pretty interesting, didn't watch the whole video but going to watch it at home for sure. Thanks!
